The International Journal of Engineering Innovation, Research and Development (IJEIRD) welcomes advertisements and sponsorship opportunities on the journal website and associated online platforms, provided that such advertisements are relevant, ethical, professional, and consistent with the journal’s academic standards and publishing policies. The journal reserves the right to display promotional materials, announcements, sponsorship information, or advertisements related to academic activities, research initiatives, educational programs, conferences, publishing services, and other activities that support the growth and sustainable development of the journal.

Revenue generated through advertisements or sponsorships is utilized solely for journal operations, website maintenance, publication services, digital preservation, and the overall development and improvement of the journal. Advertising support does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review processes, manuscript acceptance, or publication outcomes.

Advertising Policy Guidelines

        All advertisement materials must be prepared and provided by the advertiser or sponsor.

     The journal management or editorial office reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any advertisement that does not comply with the journal’s policies or ethical standards.

        Advertisements are clearly separated and distinguished from editorial and scholarly content published in the journal.

        Advertisers and sponsors shall have no influence over editorial decisions, peer-review processes, manuscript selection, or published content.

        The editorial team will not modify or shape journal content to accommodate advertisements or sponsors.

        Advertisers will not receive advance access to confidential editorial content or unpublished manuscripts.

        Sponsored or advertising content will be clearly identified wherever applicable.

        Advertisement placement or sponsorship agreements will be valid only for the duration agreed upon between the advertiser and the journal management.

        All advertisements must comply with applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards.

      Advertisements must not contain discriminatory, misleading, offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content related to race, religion, gender, age, nationality, marital status, disability, or any other protected category.

        The journal does not share, sell, or disclose personally identifiable information of users, authors, reviewers, or readers to advertisers or third parties.

Editorial Independence

IJEIRD maintains complete editorial independence and transparency in all publication-related activities. Acceptance of advertisements or sponsorships does not imply endorsement of any product, service, organization, or viewpoint by the journal, editorial board, or publisher.
