Peer Review Policy

The International Journal of Engineering Innovation, Research and Development (IJEIRD) follows a rigorous and transparent Double-Blind Peer-Review Policy to ensure the publication of high-quality, original, and academically significant research work. The review process is designed to maintain ethical publishing standards, research integrity, and scholarly excellence.

Under the double-blind review system, the identities of both the authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process. This policy helps ensure an unbiased, fair, and objective evaluation of all submitted manuscripts.

Initial Manuscript Screening

After submission, each manuscript undergoes an initial editorial screening to evaluate:

        Relevance to the journal’s scope

        Originality and research significance

        Manuscript structure and formatting

        Language quality and clarity

Compliance with ethical and publication guidelines

Manuscripts that do not meet the basic journal requirements may be returned to the authors for correction or rejected before peer review.

Double-Blind Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are forwarded to subject experts and reviewers specializing in the relevant research area. During the review process:

Reviewer identities are concealed from authors.

Author identities are concealed from reviewers.

The review process remains confidential and impartial.

Reviewers evaluate manuscripts based on:

        Technical and scientific quality

        Research methodology

        Accuracy of data and analysis

        Clarity of presentation

Relevance to engineering and technological advancement

        Accept with Minor Revisions

        Resubmit after Major Revisions

        Reject Manuscript

The final publication decision is made by the editorial board based on reviewer comments, recommendations, and editorial evaluation.

Revision Process

Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts according to reviewer suggestions and editorial comments. Revised manuscripts should be resubmitted within the specified timeframe along with a response explaining the modifications made.
