APC Details

The journal follows an open-access publishing model to ensure that published research is freely and permanently accessible to readers, researchers, institutions, and academic communities worldwide without subscription barriers. To support the online hosting, maintenance, indexing, digital archiving, editorial management, website operations, and long-term accessibility of accepted manuscripts, an Article Processing Charge (APC) is applicable after successful peer review and acceptance of the manuscript. Submission of manuscripts to the journal is free of cost. APC is considered only after the manuscript has successfully completed the review process and has been formally accepted for publication. The journal maintains a transparent and ethical publication process and ensures that editorial decisions are independent of any financial considerations. Acceptance of articles is based entirely on originality, scientific quality, relevance, and peer-review recommendations. Authors may contact the editorial office for information regarding applicable APC details, institutional support, or special considerations.

By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors acknowledge and agree to the journal’s APC and open-access publication policy.

APC Amount

For the current issue, the applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) is:

For Indian Authors : 1000 INR

For International Authors : 50 USD

Additional taxes or transaction charges may apply where applicable according to local regulations.

       ●     IJEIRD is pleased to waive all Article Processing Charges (APC) for manuscripts submitted and accepted for its first issue until 31 October 2026.

Payment Process

Payment instructions and available payment methods will be communicated to the corresponding author by the editorial office after acceptance of the manuscript.

Authors are requested not to make any payment before receiving the official acceptance notification and payment instructions from the journal.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Article Processing Charges are applicable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Once the manuscript is accepted and the APC payment has been processed:

●        No refund requests will be entertained.

●        APC payments are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

●        Withdrawal of the manuscript after acceptance does not qualify for any refund.
