Author Guidelines

IJEIRD welcomes the submission of original, high-quality research papers, review articles, case studies, and technical reports related to engineering, technology, and interdisciplinary research domains. Authors are requested to carefully follow the guidelines mentioned below before submitting their manuscripts.

1. Manuscript Preparation

Authors should prepare their manuscripts in clear and concise English. The paper must be original and should not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere for publication.

The manuscript should generally include the following sections:

        Title of the Paper

        Author Name(s) and Affiliation(s)

        Abstract

        Keywords

        Introduction

        Literature Review (if applicable)

        Methodology / Experimental Work

        Results and Discussion

        Conclusion

        Future Scope (optional)

        Acknowledgement (optional)

        References

2. Paper Formatting

Authors are requested to prepare the manuscript in MS Word format using the following specifications:

        Font Style: Times New Roman

        Font Size:

o    Title: 16 pt Bold

o    Headings: 14 pt Bold

o    Sub-headings: 12 pt Bold

o    Body Text: 12 pt

        Line Spacing: 1.5

        Page Size: A4

        Margins: 1 inch on all sides

        Text Alignment: Justified

Figures, tables, and equations should be properly numbered and cited within the text.

3. Abstract and Keywords

The abstract should briefly summarize the objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions of the research work in approximately 150–250 words.

Authors should provide 4–6 relevant keywords representing the core content of the manuscript.

4. References

References should be cited properly within the manuscript and listed at the end of the paper. Authors may follow APA standard for referencing style consistently throughout the manuscript.

Book

Conference Paper

5. Originality and Plagiarism Policy

Submitted manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism. Authors are responsible for ensuring the authenticity of their work. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarism, copied content, or unethical practices will be rejected immediately.

6. Peer Review Process

All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by subject experts and editorial board members. The review process evaluates:

        Originality of the research

        Technical quality

        Research significance

        Clarity and presentation

        Relevance to the journal scope

The decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript will be communicated to the corresponding author after completion of the review process.

7. Copyright and Publication Ethics

Authors must ensure that:

        The manuscript is their original work.

        All authors have approved the final version of the paper.

        Proper acknowledgment has been given to cited sources.

        The paper does not violate any copyright regulations.

The journal follows ethical publication practices and expects authors to maintain academic integrity throughout the submission and publication process.
